It is so easy to use!!!!! I love the fact that you can turn it on and don't have to wait for it to "jiggle" and turn the heat down. You don't have to worry about it "blowing up" if the pressure gets to high. I have the 6 quart but plan on buying the bigger one for canning purposes as well as preparing for larger groups.
