The lady I ordered inner pots for my 8 at presure cooker sent me the wrong ones. It took over 3 weeks to receive them. I called and talked to some guy he was screwballed. Told me that I neede to send the wrong ones back so I did. Instead of making it right and sending me the right ones. So I get reimbursed my monies. Here I sit for who knows how long or even if I get the right inner pots. Cause some incompetent employees can't make things right I like the pressure cooker but I'm about to return it to a store and see if I can find a different company that make them. Never in all my online orders for replacement parts have I got the runaround like I did with your company hope someone can make it right.
