I don't have it yet.I was very pleased with the representative.she knew her stuff,could answer all my questions.She remembered to leave me customer service number in case of problems.I was very pleased with the 50% savings I made with the second one I bought.am planning to give my daughter one for Christmas.I have been wanting to order but kept putting it off.I am sure I will be very pleased with its performance.
