Ordering was easy on line, however I decided to wait due to the delivery date. The next day a representative called to check on what issues I had with trying to order. I explained no issue just decided to wait, she let me know that the Power Pressure cooker would be delivered by UPS so would be to change the delivery date. So I placed my order for the 10 quart as well as the 6 quart for my RV. Hope I like them as much as I think I will.
