I love the pressure cooker. HOWEVER, my manual said it came with a canning rack... it didn't and I had to buy one. THEN I was called and a lady tried to push be to purchase the pressure cooker. I tokd get I had one and tried to push me to buy more. I had to get vulgar with her before she quit pushing a hung up. Website is crap on check out.
