Happy isn't the word. I was going to buy it through the website then said I would wait. 30 minutes later I receive a call for a guy named Kenneth ready to sale the pressure cooker to me. Because of the weird number among other things I thought it was a scam. Besides the fact that he wouldn't take the word no for an answer when it came to other things I could get. Upon completing my order, i checked my statement and I was charged a completely different price than what is on the invoice. Also he didn't even put my email in the system to send me my invoice, I had to call customer service to get it. This experience was horrible!!! If it wasn't for the fact that my mom really want this thing I would ask for a refund and go elsewhere.
