I returned a cooked because I couldn't get a part for mine. I sent a check with the cooker for shipping and after 3 weeks I called and they hadn't processed my new cooker and had to put the payment for shipping on my credit card. It's good that you are replacing the cooker but, WHERE'S my check? I don't understand, why didn't they just get my credit card number at first.
