I am very pleased with my power pressure cooker XL. I was surprised that the safety plug in the handle fell out into the sink and made its way into my garbage disposal without me even knowing it had dislodged.
The customer service agent I dealt with when I called in for a replacement plug was excellent! He surpassed my expectations and I was very pleased with the outcome. He is certainly an asset to your company!
