First I ordered on line and you canceled my order because you did not have the 10qt. then I called and you said you had the 10qt, so I tried ordering on line again, but it repeatedly kept having me renter my visa card number, after 6 times I gave up so I called to place my order and the order finally went through, and the girl I talked to was very nice and helpful.
