This is actually a replacement from our original that suddenly stopped working after 6 months. I was devastated as I LOVE my Pressure Cooker. Customer service was AMAZING and replaced it with no fuss. I arrived very quickly in 4 days. We are very impressed with the level of service received. I cannot wait to get back to cooking!!
