The first pressure cooker blew up, thank God nobody was burned or injured. I reported the incident to customer service but it took a long time before anything was done. After repeated attempts to contact someone I just gave up - then someone contacted me. All in all it was an experience I hope I never have to repeat for obvious reasons. The original pressure cooker malfunctioned on November 8, 2016.
