I tried to make the online purchase twice, but neither attempt appeared to go through when I pushed submit. I called your support help line and they informed me that I would need to call back during regular business hours and talk with an agent to find out if the purchase had been processed. I called back during regular business hours and talked to an agent who informed me that my attempts had not been processed. The agent then made my purchase of a Power Pressure Cooker XL. Online experience Very Poor, but talking with the agent was Good and the purchase was made.
