I love my power cooker . I only used it once, and lost the little clear gasket the holds the float on the lid.. SO I ordered another one, it cost me almost 10.00 to replace. I hope I don't lose this one ,... :( .I ALSO have ordered the cookbook ,,, and just recently I ordered the Copper Chef 9 1/2 inch square pan AND the 11 inch square pan . I got the 9 1/2 inch pan today , Used it tonight , I love it ... ALSO , about the power cooker, like I said I have only used it once, and have a small scratch on the bottom of the lift out pot. :( .. I hope it doesn't scratch anymore.
