I am writing about my online experience. I tried to order an inner pot and another time I tried to order a pressure valve for the pot I already own. I wasn't able to complete either order because I was told that you couldn't process my credit card. I checked with VISA and my card was fine. I had to call to order my part. I gave up on the inner pot.
