I love my XL, it’s an awesome appliance. Customer service is great too. However, I ordered an inner pot, for my model ppc780, first time they sent wrong size, 45 days later, they still haven’t refunded my money, saying they haven’t received it.( really.?) paid another fee for “correct”size, I was reassured! Wrong again. Sent it back! Sent yet another one( reassured again), got it today.. wrong again..each one I’ve received is about 1/4” too tall and the lid will not lock!!
