My first time use was making thick pork chops. I followed directions in the cookbook, which I really like, and the chops turned out moist, tender and delicious. I got the feel for my new pressure cooker and I love it! Easy, fast and I wasn't afraid of it. My grandfather, 55 years ago, decided to see what my mother was cooking in her pressure cooker. Thankfully, the chicken landed on the ceiling and grandpa didn't get hurt. I am sure it scared him though. I love my new pressure cooker 10qt and can't wait to try some canning.
