My PPCXLis great, I have had it for a number of months and made / created all kinds of meals. I attempted to purchase a replacement pot on line, but fortunately for me it would not accept pay pal payment. I called Customer Service the next day and the rep that I spoke with I formed me that since I had a six year warranty the only cost would be the shipping for the new pot. The original pot lost it non-stick properties and that was the reason for needing a new pot. I really appreciate the customer service and the PPC XL, Thank You very much.
