Your on-line order entry system fails with credit card entry. Tried multiple times over two week period to make a parts purchase. Even attempted to purchase through customer service. Finally successful on second attempt through Rasheed at customer service.
You need to fix the purchase page on-line. I am very satisfied with my power pressure cookers (3 purchased).
