After explaining several times what I needed, repeating several times the model # of my product and asking the person I was talking to, to repeat what she said because I could not understand what she was saying. I finally was able to order what I needed. Several times I had to also tell her that my product held 4 - 1 pint jars and she insisted that it had to hold 4 or 8 quart jars. Finally she checked things out and found out that I knew what I was trying to tell her was accurate. I received my part in about 4-6 days.
