I had an issue with my PPCXL and it a little over a year old. I contacted the company and can i just say..they are impressive!! Sent me a new one immediately. No questions asked. I am a forever fan. AND I have missed my cooker while waiting on the new one. I use it nearly everyday. Best kitchen item I own!
