I've never owned a pressure cooker. I.bought it since me and my husband both work. The goal is to.have more wholesome meals during the week. I used it yesterday for Sunday dinner and my meal was ready in 45 minutes. It usually takes 2 to 4 hours on Sunday to make my meals. Looks like this is going to be a winner for the family. My kids were excited also. They seen the infomercials
