i like the ease of use. float valve is a flaw. is there a way to improve it . it continually falls out. i had to even order as a new part. the shipping arrangement you have is annoying because it should NOT take over a week for such a small part. snail mail would have been faster than DHL. just saying. if customer service and satisfaction is important to you, than i recommend attention to the concerns . you have a great product. thank you
