Customer Service- Received product with 8” dent . Contacted customer service and they instructed me to return for replacement and it would be received by Thanksgiving. Product sent back on 11-7-17. Received notice of refund and order cancelled on 11-20-17. Contacted Customer service and was informed the order was cancelled due to not wanting product. Spoke to Pauline G28. Received same information. Reordered but due to your error, return and replace instruction were added to returned product, I am being charged shipping and handing and informed that the 3 year warranty was on the returned product and an additional warranty would have to be purchased. I challenged this and was told the original warranty would be attached to the new product. Received run around by several customer service agents and the willingness to make this mistake that one of you agents on the initial contact was not made right by Pauline G28.
