I need a pressure valve and I tried to order it online but it never would go through. I tried 2 different browsers and 2 different credit cards. I put in all my information along with the credit card numbers and everything but when I pushed submit it told me I had to enter my credit card information. I don't know why. Then I talked to someone with the online chat and he sent me a link to the website. ??? Then he gave me the Toll free number. I called that number and they gave me a different number. I finely placed my order with her and a few days later I tried to track my order and found out it was on back order. I don't know if I will ever receive it. If I don't my pressure cooker with me worthless. I would try to return it but I purchased it through JC Penny's I believe. A few weeks before this I did the online chat trying to explain that my pressure valve would not do the quick release. He had no idea what I was trying to say. We went back an forth with that. He just copied and pasted something from the owners manual. Duh! I have used it many times. Then he told me I had to turn the valve to release the pressure. Duh, I did that too. I was so frustrated at this guy that seem to have no idea what he was talking about that I just said good-by and ended the chat. I love the Power Pressure Cooker xl but I have had bad experiences with the company, the website, and customer service.
