I am so upset with your customer service reps. I paid for two 10 quart pressure cooker twice since November 20 and both orders had to be cancelled because you cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
That being said, on Friday, November 24 once I found out the second time that your sales rep lied about delivery, I ordered 2 units from Amazon and saved almost $100 on the two. They will be delivered today, November 29.
Shame you you people.
