I use the Power Pressure Cooker XL for EVERYTHING! I make roasts, soups, stir-fry, you name it. I also used it as a canner this summer which was amazing! One shortfall however. The bottom of the inner pot has started to peel away. I've owned it for a few months so that was quite disappointing. I called the manufacturer and was told that they would not replace it unless I paid for it, so that's what I'm doing.
