To Whom it May Concern,
One of my peeves is when I get charged for an item I ordered & I haven't received it yet. I ordered two Power Pressure Cooker XL's, on Tuesday, 11-21-2017. They were supposed to arrive within 7 - 10 days. I was hoping to receive it yesterday, but not yey. Now I have a payment already charged on my credit card. NOT OKAY!! Please do not charge customers until after the delivery. Still waiting on my pressure cookers. Lexina Diane Lore
