We recently purchased this cooker and you cannot imagine how frustrated we were when we had food to can and there was no rack with the canner!!! To us it was a totally incomplete appliance and a big disappointment. So we had to talk to a foreigner in India and order another $10.00 part and are waiting for it to come. We feel this is a very poor way to do business! We were getting ready to write a letter to the CEO and saw this instead. Please give this inconvenience some sincere consideration!
