I called to replace the inner pot of my pressure cooker, but I had totally forgotten that I had insurance for four years! The gentleman that helped me reminded me. Then informed me it was covered. So just out off curiosity I asked if my lid would also be covered. (My son dropped it and broke the plastic handle). Yes it was also covered to my surprise!
He was very nice when he helped me out. All I had to do is pay shipping! Thank you so much! I get my pressure cooker back!!!! Yeah!
