I have had a few issues with my machine.
The latest was I ordered an extra pot insert for it becuase my other was sticking. It doesn't fit in it. So I HAD to pay for another to be shipped.
I have a friend that I had order for for Christmas last year. They wouldn't even give me a free cook book.
