The pressure cooker is fine. The idiots I had to contact regarding a piece that broke are completely incompetent. They got the address wrong after I spelled it out many times and wrote an e-mail correcting it and they told me to contact the post office during Christmas to change the address which is impossible since there was a 2 1/2 hour wait on the phone. I still haven't received the part. I really used this machine a lot but will have to buy a new one, new brand, that has better customer service.
