The pressure cooker is
Indeed a great product that makes for not only faster cooking but with the added bonus of greater tasting food due to the lack of steam excaping the cooker and consequently taking the flovor out with it. I must admit that I would have loved for its inner vessel to be somewhat more robust and truly non stick. Obviously that would make it more costly and out of reach of many budgets.
