I received my PPC XL just fine. When I ordered the steamer tray and canner rack and tried to track the shipment using the tracking number provided, the FedEx site said there was no such tracking #. Called customer service, got Caveel, agent B21, and she told me it was sent DHL and was in *******, my town. DHL did not have a tracking number. When I called DHL, they used the FedEx number to look it up, and said a shipping label was created on 12/29/2017, but no package was ever sent to DHL to deliver. Payment was taken from my account immediately, but nothing was ever shipped. Now I have to wait another week to get the accessories I need. VERY POOR customer service.
