called the # on TV - what should have taken less than 5 minutes took almost 20 minutes because of all of the "add on" offers that were not interesting and unnecessary - told the operator i just wanted to order the 8 qt cooker, however, she was required to keep me on the phone FOREVER offering things even to the extend of a vacation!!! just wanted the cooker. told her i was getting impatient and even considered cancelling the order just to get off of the phone............
