I was TOTALLY FRUSTRATED by the phone person asking me to ADD more items to my purchase. Even after I told her I wanted NOTHING MORE THAN THE PRESSURE COOKER or I would CANCEL my purchase she continued on with the CANNED SPIEL. Trying to FORCE MORE ITEMS on the customers is a real TURN OFF.
