Quality seems great, we have purchased your products from Tri-Star 3 times now, nice but wont be using for awhile, then we'll know how good it is. I also have a competitor's product, the smaller Insta-pot,for smaller meals and love it.
I was very disappointed a package slip was not sent with your product, not good. Jim
