I have been able to cook some things that make me look like I’m a chef, and feel like a chef. Fall off the bones ribs; candied yams; potatoes for potato salad; and today I steamed fish for the first time. Excellent! I love my cooker. I just purchased the steam basket this week. It was a little pricey, wasn’t expecting that. But I’m quite happy with my device.
