I love my PPC XL. My husband and I canned over 200 pints of tomatoes and tomato juice last summer. It was so much easier than using my stove-top canner. When cooking, it is fantastic not having to babysit my food. I just set it and forget it. I love to cook, and use my pressure cooker 4-6 times a week.
