I was optimistic about purchasing this as generally nothing is at good at it looks on tv! Best thing ever purchased when it comes to kitchen small appliances. We made a roast that generally simmers in 12 hours in a regular crockpot in 50 minutes. It was just as tender and delicious as my normal recipe. Chili: 20 minutes! Wish I'd had been able to take advantage of the great deals for buying more. This would be an awesome gift for someone!!
