I like my 10 quart PPC XL, I like the workings of the buttons, they're not hard to understand, getting the timing right on some foods have to be tried over a couple times as not everything is listed in booklets or recipes but that's adjustable. What I don't like is the pot is cheaply coated and flakes off I assume with the food and have had to replace inner pot already after only 9 uses - that's disgusting. More over we have NO option of stainless steel or a variable tough coating. Unfortunately when my warranty runs out and I can't get my inside pot replaced I will have to get a different brand. Bad business policy on Power Pressure Cookers part!!!!!!
