Called to order a replacement part, the gentleman I spoke with did not understand English and was difficult to understand, there was definitely a language barrier, when I got the email confirmation of my order everything was incorrect, my name, my mailing address, everything I had even spelled it all out slowly for him. When I called again to have this fixed it again was an issue, I was switched to a supervisor and the problem got fixed but clearly they need to screen the employees especially if they are hiring an out of country call center for better understanding of the English language.
