As gifts. One was missing a small gasket on the pressure seal. I called your number, was told too bad you have to purchase the parts 10.00
It wasn't in the machine when we opened it and used it the first time. I give your quality control and customer service an F-. The other machine is great! My daughter loves it. I give the machine an A +. Thanks for asking.
