When it stoped working I attempted to send it back but paying shipping plus the check I would have to send it didn't make sence... so I just ordered another one with a whole bunch of add-ons... so hopefully this new one I ordered will last.. after I ordered the new one they transferred me to a guy to talk about a free trip... the guy was very rude and said I didn't sound excited so he hung up on me... The pressure cooker when it did work was very useful in the kitchen But to return it and all the hoops one would have to jump through was not a good experience... After spending $299 this time around I'm hoping the xl will make me happy..
