I was specific with the replacement part I needed and was shipped the incorrect part. When contacting Customer Service, i was told I had to ship the part back, then call back to re-order the correct part, when I feel, they should have simply sent me the correct part immediately instead of waiting for the incorrect part to be returned and requiring me to make another phone call to place an order for the replacement part.
