I hate that you can't order the cool ceramic dish Eric uses to make a cake in the videos. He said it's available on your site but it isn't. I can't get a steel replacement pot and I hate that too. I might buy an instant pot just for the available parts. Your customer service people were only sort of helpful. She did direct me to QVC for some parts but they were hard to find and didn't come up on a site search. I love accessories and you cant find them on amazon either. Everything was for instant pot. I would have given it 5 stars but I want a product that doesn't seem like it will be off the market soon. I bought this through fingerhut and paid far too much. It does cook very well. And it is easy to use.
