On some items per your recipe book work fine but the two times I tried to cook corned beef it came out tough each time. This last time, last week the little steam valve stayed open the whole time and would'nt close so I ordered a new steam valve gadget and haven't feceived it yet to test it out. When I called your company, no one seemed to have an answer I would call acceptable. Please put a recipe on how to cook a tender corned beef in your little recipe book you send with each order as many of us love corned beef. Thank you for asking!!
