You did not send the part I was trying to order. I have sent several emails but have not gotten a response to the part I need. Your telephone agent does not know the parts of the unit. I told him I need the knob that goes in the hole in the lid handle to retract the pin to open the lid. He sent a tiny valve that has nothing to do with my description of what I need. The cooker is useless if I can't seal it. Please send the proper part, and train your people to know the parts.
