Cannot get customer service or anyone to respond to my emails. Made an order on 10-2. Received 2/3 of order and informed that 1/2" azuria would be back in stock 11-3. Now 11-27 and (2) emails and not a word of response. Was going to convert my fire place to vented fire glass with their products, not now. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Update: after not so good review, customer service contacted me and I canceled remainder of order, received a refund minus $6.95 for shipping on what i had already received. Will NOT ever do business with them again. BEWARE!!
