I purchased a fire pit a year ago for over $3700. Though attractive and substantial... it does not work. After lighting the flame it will extinguish itself after 15 minutes. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they said watch a "video", which I did. There solution is "it may not work with the regular propane tank... you need a bigger one" or you need to "rug up" two together. Unacceptable and disappointing. DON'T USE this company.

Wow, this fire pit packs a punch! Whether we're enjoying a cozy evening with just the family or hosting a gathering with friends, the heat output is consistently impressive. It warms our outdoor space beautifully, allowing us to extend our evenings outdoors even when the temperature starts to drop. But perhaps the most important aspect of all is how much my family and our beloved dogs adore this fire pit. It has become the focal point of our outdoor gatherings, providing a sense of warmth, comfort, and relaxation for everyone. Whether we're roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, or simply basking in the glow of the flames, the fire pit brings us together in a way that few other things can. In conclusion, I couldn't be happier with my first gravity fire pit. Its durability, heat output, and ability to bring joy to my family and furry friends make it worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a high-quality fire pit that will enhance their outdoor space for years to come.

Very poor customer service and experience with Steven Kinsey​. If you want to avoid being belittled with return policy comparisons to Best Buy over a product defect I would recommend another supplier.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to assure you that your feedback is taken seriously. Regarding your request for a return, we want to clarify that our return policy is in place to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all our customers. As we've mentioned before, we are beyond the standard 30-day return window due to the time elapsed since your order was delivered. As stated before, your order is more than 60 days past the 30 day return window (90+ days from delivery). We even mentioned that we have made exception returns in the past when our customers were just outside of the return window; but in your case, this would not apply, based on the facts above. The comparison we made with another retailer (Best Buy) was an opportunity to find common ground; we regret to hear that we were not able to find common ground in your case. We acknowledge your preference for a refund, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience caused. However, we would like to reiterate our offer for a warranty replacement. This process involves an inspection to confirm the issue and ensure we provide you with a product that meets your expectations. Initially I would have rated them highly. Then our Beton Round firepit started peeling; paint is actively chipping away on the door that houses the propane unit. I filed a warranty claim and was told that I am out of warranty and all they could offer was a Beton repair kit. We've owned this unit approximately 17 months. Ironically, the representative from Starfire acknowledged the amount of paint that had peeled was significant enough that the touch-up pen in the kit would likely not cut it. So he recommended I go to a paint store, purchase matching paint and seal it. Keep in mind, this fire pit is continuously covered when not in use and the entire exterior is covered in the same manner as the door that's peeling. I would have expected a product made for outdoor use to last longer than 17 months. Now we've dropped a couple thousand on a fire pit, and Starfire's resolution is to suggest I purchase paint and sealer, plus my labor and time, to fix a substandard product. Buyer beware.

I was accidentally sent the wrong color fire diamonds. I called Starfire's customer service number, left my contact info and reason I was calling. In less than an hour, Taelor called me, verified my email address, sent me an email asking for 3 pictures, fire diamonds, packing slip and shipping package. She quickly placed the correct order, sent me an email with the tracking number and apologized again for the mistake. I'll definitely recommend Starfire to family and friends. Awesome customer support and communication.

I ordered my copper Moreno fire pit and lid. They told me it would be a bit before I received it. So I patiently waited, when it came in they called me to tell me they were personally delivering and were on there way that day. I live in oregon I know they are in California and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated them not just throwing on a freight truck and delivering that way, they truly went above and beyond to make sure I got my amazing fire pit in first class condition. Thank you starfire!! The delivery drivers were also very professional, clean, and friendly!! I tipped em well and they started there long road trip back to California from Boring Oregon! I recommend this company highly for you fire pit needs! I will add photos on next review.

I received the gas fireplace log set yesterday and installed it. Fairly easy installation. It looks and works great. Chip was very helpful in placing the order and the set was shipped quicker than originally promised. We are very satisfied customers.

Although I have not received my items yet I am pleased with the various levels of service. The person I initially called is CS was super helpful in aiding me in my selection and sizes. The items are arriving earlier than expected and when I called with a question later the CS rep Taelor Soto assisted me thoroughly, investigating the situation and coming back with a good and accurate answer. If the product is as good as the company I will be SUPER HAPPY!
