Received my fire balls and LOVE the set. Wish the black battery pack and cord could be hide behinds the stack of balls instead of outside the fire box.

FIre pit is beautiful, many compliments from friends, output on the fire is perfect 180k btu. I have used it a few times and works perfectly.

We love the product, beautiful and well constructed. We weren't able to get the 20 lb, 4.7 gallon propane tank installed, the space was too tight. We went with the 2.0 gallon tank and it works fine.

Communication was good until I was asked to agree that the truck could make it to my neighborhood. I knew it would be ok on my street, but I wasn’t sure it could get to my street because of curves since I live in the mountains. I called the local freight company and they looked at it and said that no, they wouldn’t be able to get here. I was told they would call back with the dimensions of the crate. I finally called them again the day of delivery, we determined it would fit in my car, and arranged a meeting place. I don’t think I should have had to work so hard to determine that Starfire could deliver the product to me. I am building a house and have had many pieces of furniture larger than the fire pit delivered to the house. There are plenty of delivery services with trucks smaller than tractor trailers.

Samples were a bit less in volume then expected. It was difficult determining the final result with such a small sample. Regardless I ordered 30 pounds or three Starfire glass products.

Product came quickly my only criticism is the bags of glass ripped open during transit and all were in one big mess. Had to sort them all and put in new bags. Maybe try wrapping each bag in bubble before shipping? Other then that I love the glass.

I wish there was an option between good and excellent. My experience was very good! I just don’t feel I can say it was excellent. The order was received in a very timely manner. I really like the colors of the 1/2 inch glass (desert gold). My only disappointment was with the large amount of dust, tiny crumbs and small shards that came in my bag. I would totally expect some crumbs but it almost seemed like an excessive amount. I rinsed the glass and the crumbs looked like a big pile of sand! It was like I got the bottom of the “barrel”. I wish I would have taken a picture. It just seemed like a lot of waste at that cost. Overall I was satisfied with my experience. I would recommend and order from Starfire again. Thanks

All n all the ordering expeience online was pretty clear. I did have difficulty trying to figure out what fireball accessory worked best with some components I was buying, so I called customer service. At first, she told me what I picked was not guaranteed. There was another better option available, but she was not going to come right out and help me figure it out. Instead , it took a lot of probing questions and persistence to figure it out. As a business owner, I would be very dismayed that my customer service people were not more willing to help a new customer find the best alternative.
